Unique Gifts accepts returns only if product/products is/are return to Unique Gifts in good condition within 7 working days, after the day of obtaining the product/products. Additionally, if product/products are damaged during the shipping, it is in a customers/company matter to send the product/products back. If the damaged product is jewellery, the all item must be returned. If the damaged product is glass (to save the customers/company postage costs) you may send us back the small piece of damaged item. Unique Gifts reserves rights to not covering return postage costs. After meeting all above conditions, Unique Gifts the damaged product will be refundable.
