OUR EASY RETURNS/EXCHANGES POLICY
Unique Gifts will accept return or exchange on any merchandise within 14 days from the day of delivery. You can return your item exactly as it was received for a full refund less deductions for postage. For your convenience, we offer the following return/exchange methods:
- Money Back: You can select to receive a full refund for your product less deductions for postage. Refunds are processed within 5 working days from the date we receive the product. Your purchase will be refunded with the same method of payment you used when you purchased your product. Purchases made using Gift Card will be refunded as a gift card, Credit Card purchases will be refunded to your credit card, Wire Transfers and Check payments will be refunded via check.
- Exchange: If your your purchase wrong size, color or style, you can select to receive replacement. If product is not available, we will offer you similar product or you can request a refund less postage. Please allow up to 5 days to process your exchange.
- Credit Note: You can select a credit note as an alternative. Credit note will be provided in form of a Unique Gifts Gift Card in the amount of your initial product price less deductions for postage. You gift card will be emailed to you as soon as your request is processed and you can apply your gift card on your next order.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS:
If your product is damaged during shipment, please notify us immediately by following our return process. You can request replacement, refund or credit note when returning damaged product. Please read return instructions provided to you in the authorization email.
AUTHORIZATION FOR RETURN PROCESS
Before you send your product back to us, we ask you to follow one of our processes to expedite your service. You have to request RMA (Returned Material Authorization) prior to returning your product to us. We offer two ways to complete this request:
- EMAIL: Send an email to returns@ugifts.eu. Write your name, invoice number, product you would like to return and reason for your return. You will receive Return Authorization Number and instructions within 24 hours.
- ONLINE: Go to "My Account" page and click on "View Details" next to your order number. While viewing your invoice, click on "Add New RMA". Select the product you would like to return and provide reason for return along with your preferred refund method. Click save RMA and we will send you an email within 24 hours with instructions.
PLEASE NOTE: For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or offer credit notes on earrings.
